The
Creative Journey

Beginning
on January 2nd, classes will be held the first and
third Tuesday of each month from 7-8pm.
Registration is required.
A creative form of self-exploration through the arts,
presented by Melissa Huffman, M.A. This is a program to
enable cancer survivors/patients to strengthen and develop
their self-identity and self-confidence by combining art,
music and poetry techniques. Art will be the tool that enables
group members to reconnect with themselves.* To

by Debbie Eisenstadt Mandel, MA (author of “Turn On
Your Inner Light: Fitness for Body, Mind and Soul”).
Join us to learn about Eastern and Western Therapeutic de-stressing
techniques to create balance, empowerment and healing. This
workshop addresses methods such as: color and aromatherapy,
C.O.P.E., movement that matters, autohypnosis, and meditation
to turn stress into strength as well as to learn to live
joyously in the moment. Seating is limited & registration

own, relax, collect one’s thoughts, or just think quietly
and “be.”
